- 1 ½ lbs chicken breast (cut into bite-sized chunks)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and rice vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
- Brush cooked skewers generously with bang bang sauce.
- Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
- `Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- These skewers pair well with jasmine rice, noodles, or a fresh green salad.
