Description

Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are juicy grilled chicken bites coated in a creamy, spicy-sweet sauce. Perfect for summer BBQs, family dinners, or meal prep, these skewers combine smoky char with bold Asian-inspired flavors


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast (cut into bite-sized chunks)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and rice vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Brush cooked skewers generously with bang bang sauce.
  6. Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

  • `Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning.
  • Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
  • These skewers pair well with jasmine rice, noodles, or a fresh green salad.
