Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 lemons (juice + zest)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chicken broth (for sauce)
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
2. Marinate with lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet and sear chicken until golden on both sides.
4. Add broth, remaining lemon juice, and butter to make a sauce.
5. Cook until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or salad.
