Description

Rich and cozy homemade pumpkin coffee syrup made with real pumpkin and warm spices—perfect for lattes, oatmeal, and desserts.


Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup brown sugar (or maple syrup)

1 cup water

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp ginger (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Combine pumpkin puree, sugar, water, and spices in a saucepan.

2. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.

3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

4. Strain for a smooth syrup if desired.

5. Store in a glass jar in the fridge up to 2 weeks.

Notes
