Ingredients:
- 12 green olives (pitted, no pimentos)
- 6 black olives (cut into small round slices to use as “pupils”)
- 12 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine size)
- 12 slices of salami (thin, small rounds work best)
- 6 wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions:
- Make the eyeballs:
- Slice black olives into small circular pieces.
- Press each black olive slice into the opening of a green olive to create the “eye pupil.”
- Build the skewers:
- Start with a mozzarella ball on the bottom.
- Add a folded slice (or two) of salami.
- Stack another mozzarella ball for height.
- Top with the green olive “eyeball.”
- Secure:
- Push everything firmly onto a skewer or toothpick so it stands upright.
- Serve:
- Place the finished skewers on a white plate for spooky contrast.
