Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden on both sides. Remove from pan.
3. Melt butter in same skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
4. Pour in cream and chicken broth, whisking until smooth.
5. Stir in parmesan and simmer until sauce thickens.
6. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook 5 more minutes.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for the best texture.
Thighs can be substituted for extra juiciness.
