Halloween Salami & Olive Eyeball Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 12 green olives (pitted, no pimentos)
  • 6 black olives (cut into small round slices to use as “pupils”)
  • 12 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine size)
  • 12 slices of salami (thin, small rounds work best)
  • 6 wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions:

  1. Make the eyeballs:
    • Slice black olives into small circular pieces.

    • Stack another mozzarella ball for height.

  3. Secure:
